Guallar’s Teruel delicacies are a true expression of fine gourmet craftsmanship. Proud of our origins, we use only prime cuts of PGI Teruel pork, PDO Bajo Aragón extra virgin olive oil, and raw milk from free-range grazing goats and sheep.

TASTING NOTES

ASPECTO

A slender strand of vibrant red, fine grain and glossy fat. Slightly dry surface.

AROMA

Intense notes of paprika, garlic and black pepper. When heated, hints of frying/roasting emerge, with a subtly smoky background.

TEXTURA

Mild and juicy, with a quick, satisfying bite. Fat melts readily.

SABOR

Highly flavoursome, spiced and lively—clean on the palate, with no gamey notes. Persistent finish with pronounced paprika.

Stuffed in an edible collagen casing, made from bovine collagen paste. This product must be cooked (NRTE).
