Due to the food nature of the items we sell, and for strict hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the purchase has been completed and the order has been dispatched. If you placed an order by mistake and it has not yet been shipped, please contact us at info@conservasguallar.es
or via WhatsApp at +34 681 311 535 to cancel your order, and we will process the refund. Once the order has been shipped, no refund will be issued.
