Guallar on esRadio with Federico Jiménez Losantos
On La Mañana de Federico (esRadio), Federico Jiménez Losantos spent a few minutes talking about Guallar’s gourmet preserves—and he did so from a deeply personal place: memory. When he discovered our preserves, the host was immediately taken back to the flavours of his childhood—those tastes that stay with you and, over time, become a benchmark for what feels truly authentic.
It’s no coincidence. Federico, who is originally from Orihuela del Tremedal, a village in Teruel, recognised in our products that timeless artisanal quality: respect for the raw ingredients, a love of craftsmanship, and the patience you can taste in every bite. In his remarks, he highlighted that elusive quality that’s so hard to explain—and so easy to feel—when something is made with genuine care.
Beyond flavour, he also pointed to another aspect that is essential to us: presentation. Our packaging—designed with detail and a refined, luxurious sensibility—was one of the elements that caught his attention most. Because we believe the experience begins before the jar is opened: in what it conveys, in how it is gifted, in what it promises.
For a voice with such a long-standing career to connect Conservas Guallar with memories, origin and authenticity is a tremendous honour. It reminds us why we do what we do: to bring honest, distinctive products to the table—crafted with identity, and with that special touch that turns the everyday into something memorable.
